Well, its been a pretty cold spring here in northern Utah.  In spite of  it all this cherry tree has its buds.  I was impressed by that one plucky blossom that opened up before all of the others.  Hopefully a bee makes its way to it to pollinate before it dies.  I hope that you like the "impressionist" version as much as I did.  Like always my picture are free to download for personal use.  If you want to use it for commercial reasons please contact me first.

A Solitary Tulip

The school where I work has many tulips.  I thought this particular solitary tulip would be photogenic and I was right.  I really love tulips for some reason.  Maybe because they signify the beginning of spring.  Like always, you can download these images for personal uses.  I hope you enjoy.

I actually like the impressionist version of the photo more than the original.  I should have focused on the fountain more than on the flowers.  But like I said.  I really loved the art version.
