 Hello Everyone.  Its been a while hasn't it?  One night I was out spraying mosquitoes and I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could start working.  The sky looked so amazing and I thought those thistles would look good in front of the sunset.

 Well, I thought I would put up another post.  Last night I was out near the Davis County lakefront during the sunset.  I saw this tree and thought it would make a good photo.  I really liked what my artistic filter did with it.  I hope you like it.

 A few years ago my wife and I took a hike up Waterfall Canyon in Ogden, UT.  It was a very nice hike with lots of pretty scenery.  I loved how this stream looked.  I've actually had this picture on my office wall for quite a while.  For some reason it never occurred to me to convert it with an art filter.  I think the pastel filter did a good job with it.

I actually like the impressionist version of the photo more than the original.  I should have focused on the fountain more than on the flowers.  But like I said.  I really loved the art version.

 Yesterday was my first time to City Creek Center which is a new "mall" in Salt Lake City.  I loved the fountains there and thought this picture turned out really well.  I know I'm not the first to take this shot but I think the oil painting version is unique.

Temple View at City Creek

Today my wife and I celebrated our anniversary yesterday by going to Temple Square.  When I saw that I could still see the temple near the fountains at the new City Creek Center I thought it would make a good picture.  I wasn't happy with it looking at it on the camera's viewfinder but on the computer screen it looks better.  the artistic version is with Pastels.  I love computers.  It makes me look artistic.
